Submitting Bug Reports

You can report bugs to us directly online at https://support.silicoai.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or by email to support@silicoai.com. When reporting a bug, the following information can help us investigate and resolve more quickly:
- Which browser and browser version you are using
- A description of the bug, and if possible steps to reproduce the issue you're experiencing
- For visual issues, screenshots of the issue
- If possible, a share link to the project where the bug is happening. Projects submitted through support will not be stored or accessed, beyond what is necessary to diagnose and reproduce issues.
We appreciate all reports, as it's invaluable feedback for us that enables us to make Silico better for everyone.
