How to set initial value for stock

How do you set the initial value for a stock?

In the past (when it was called Sysdea) I remember you could define initial values for stocks.

Below is an excerpt from the Sysdea user guide which explains this feature.  Has this feature been removed from Silico?  If no, what am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer insight.

  The behaviour in Silico is the same as described for the Sysdea documentation, with the stock formula used as the starting value (and only evaluated for the starting value). Is there a situation where this is not working as expected for you?

  In SILICO the arrow is not coming dotted. 

  Is there a way to make arrow pointing to initial condition?
